Great Tractor Trailer Guide

I liked this book so much I bought an additional copy and gave it to my driving school. It is written in a way that the new driver needs. I especially like the section on backing the trailer. It outlines numerous scenarios that the driver will encounter and talks you through the authors thoughts on how to handle each situation. For me it was money well spent.

Good info but not very in depth

This book had some good ideas and insights, especially in practical advice like trip planning, communications and visualizing trailer manuvering. It did not necessarily follow a well thought out organization of chapters. It was worth what I paid for it but the Bumper to Bumper: The Complete Guide to Tractor-Trailer Operations is a better investment if you are looking for a more complete coverage of Tractor/Trailer operations.
